I need to Reply to :      NOTICE OF INCREASED TAX PAYMENT
                                 Effective January 1, 1997

   Dear President Clinton,
I have a few questions on your new "peter tax" that I need to ask to
accertain that I fill out the Tax Form properly.

  1. You mentioned a tax amount that varies with size. I hope you realize
that this effort is quite discriminatory as we men aren't able to choose
or work toward the size of the "peter" we each have. Also there will
probably be many, many different women's groups who will challenge this
"peter tax" becaus e many of these women are married or have boyfriends,
and most of whom- have told their mate -and I quote "It's not the size
that counts-it's how you use it" unquote.

   2. Which brings me to my second question. When we do use the "peter"
for sexual reasons to benefit ourselves- can we make application on next
year's Ta x Return as being "Personal Use or Self-Employeed?"

   3.  Now if I use the "peter" for sexual use to satisfy my mate, can I
apply for an "Additional Use Rebate" ?? Or will there be an additional
exemption in the tax form box for me to check because I am married (or
otherwise living with someone who has to be sexually satisfied)?  or ie
"Head" of household ?

   4. And lastly, for people like you who go beyond the realm of matrimony
and satisfy additional persons (ie..Paula Jones), can we rely on you to
enter an additional Tax Fee titled "Excessive Peter Usage Fee".

I will probably have more questions for you in the future.

Mr. President, Thank You for your time.

In addition let me say that my initial response in hearing of your new tax
was indeed surprizing, seeings how you yourself-through your actions while
being our President, indicates to me, that you most certainly will NOT
have to pay a penny to this new tax of yours!!!
